  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 can large cream of mushroom
  • 3 cup sliced celery
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cooked rice or egg noodles
  • 3 dash salt (to taste)
  • 4 dash black pepper
  • 3 dash onion powder
  • 2 garlic powder

Directions

    Brown meat in a large skillet or pot.

    Drain grease.

    Add celery and cook about 2 minutes stirring frequently.

    Add large can cream of mushroom, salt, pepper, onion & garlic powder.

    Stir together & bring just to a slow boil.

    Reduce heat to low.

    Add sour cream stir well.

    Serve over rice or noodles.
