- 1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 3 slices bacon
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- dash of pepper
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. sour cream
- 8 to 10 hamburger buns, split and toasted
Directions

1Place ground beef and bacon in electric skillet.

2Heat to about 350°.

3Cook and stir until beef is browned.

4Add onion; cook until just tender.

5Spoon off excess fat.

6Blend flour, salt, paprika and pepper into meat.

7Stir in mushroom soup.

8Cook, uncovered, at about 200° for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring often. Stir in sour cream.

9Heat; serve on noodles or toasted buns.
