Hamburger Surprise

Directions

   Cook noodles with bouillon cubes.

   Drain and spread in buttered 9 x 13 pan.

   Cook ground beef with onion, drain.

   Mix with tomato paste, garlic salt, pepper, and water.

   Cook 3 minutes then spoon over noodles.

   Beat cream cheese.

   Add cream of mushroom soup and sour cream until blended.

   Pour over mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes until heated through.

   Top with shredded cheddar cheese.

    Bake 5 minutes until cheese is melted. Yields 8 servings.
