Ingredients
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- 1 c. catsup
- 1 (12 oz.) can corn
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. corn muffin mix
Directions

1Brown hamburger, onion and salt.

2Drain.

3Add chili powder and catsup.

4(Fix in a 10-inch skillet or corn bread will be too thick.)

5Heat thoroughly.

6Push hamburger back around edge of skillet.

7Spread corn in middle.

8Mix corn bread as directed. Pour evenly on hamburger and corn.

9Bake at 425° for 20 to 25 minutes until corn bread is done.

10Remove from oven.

11Let set 5 minutes.

12Turn upside down on plate.
