  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 1/2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 Tablespoon Shredded Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 Tablespoon Ketchup
  • 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 18 teaspoons Ground Black Pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoons Salt
  • 1/2 whole Chopped Red Onion
  • 6 whole Hamburger Buns
  • 1/2 cups Lettuce
  • 6 teaspoons Mayonnaise
  • 6 teaspoons Ketchup
  • 1/4 whole Sliced White Onion
  • 1/4 cups Sliced Dill Pickles

Directions

    In a large bowl mix together the ground beef, cheddar cheese, parmesan cheese, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper, salt, and red onion.

    Form the mixture into 6 patties.

    Either place the patties on a skillet or grill over medium-high heat and cook until desired doneness (about 12-15 minutes total for medium wellmake sure to flip them half way through the cook time).

    Assemble hamburgers on the buns with the toppings, and serve.
