- 1 lb saltine crackers
- 8 ounces oysters
- 14 ounce sage, a small can of McCormick's
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 12 cup onion, chopped
- 12 cup celery, chopped
Directions

1Crumble crackers into large bowl.

2Do not crush or you will end up with an icky mush.

3Mash oysters into a paste, keep the water.

4Mix the oysters, their water, the broth, and the sage together.

5Toss the onion, celery and crumbled crackers together.

6combine the wet and dry together and let stand for at least 30 minutes.

7(can be kept covered in refrigerator for up to two days)

8Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until golden brown, or use in bird like a bread stuffing.

9Just note that it will add a strong sage/oyster flavor to the bird.
