- 2 loaves cocktail rye bread
- 1 lb. ground chuck
- 1 lb. hot sausage (Bob Evans)
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. garlic
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Brown meat and sausage.

2Drain well.

3Add Worcestershire sauce and spices.

4Mix all; cut cheese into small pieces and add to mixture.

5Cook on low until cheese melts.

6Spread on rye slices. Place on a cookie sheet and freeze about 20 minutes, then put in plastic bags and store in freezer to use as needed.

7Broil on cookie sheet about 3 minutes (watch).

8Don't broil too close to flame.

9(Great for cocktail party, can be done way ahead.)
