- 2 c. sugar
- 2/3 c. light corn syrup
- 3/4 c. water
- 1 drum lorann flavoring (1 tsp.)
- food coloring
- powdered sugar
Directions

1Mix the first 3 ingredient sin a large saucepan.

2Stir over medium heat until sugar dissolves.

3Boil, without stirring, until temperature reaches 310° or until drops of syrup form hard, brittle threads in cold water.

4Remove from heat.

5After boiling has ceased, stir in flavoring and coloring.

6Pour onto lightly greased cookie sheet.

7Cool and break into pieces.

8Dust with powdered sugar. Store in airtight containers.

9Makes 3 pounds.
