- 2 sticks margarine, melted
- 4 eggs
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli, thawed
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 8 or 12 oz. small curd cottage cheese
- 2 boxes Jiffy cornbread mix
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375°.

2Melt margarine in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Set aside.

3Mix cornmeal mix, eggs, broccoli, onion and cottage cheese; mix well and pour into pan of melted butter.

4Spoon melted margarine all over top of cornmeal mixture.

5Bake for approximately 30 to 40 minutes, until golden brown.
