  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1/4 c. vinegar
  • 1/4 c. beet water
  • 3 c. beets
  • 2 Tbsp. butter

Directions

    Take and cook first 5 ingredients until thick.

    Add beets and let stand 5 minutes or longer.

    Just before serving, heat and add butter.
