- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/3 c. vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
Directions

1Drain beets; save liquid.

2Mix sugar and flour.

3Add vinegar, liquid from beets, butter, salt and paprika.

4Cook in saucepan until mixture thickens.

5Add beets and cook 5 minutes longer on low heat.
