- 1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 1/2 c. cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. margarine
Directions

1Drain beets.

2Combine cornstarch, sugar, salt, pepper and vinegar.

3Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until smooth and thickened.

4Add the beets and cook until hot.
