- 1 - #2 can sliced beets
- 1/3 c sugar
- 1 heaped up Tbsp corn starch
- 1/4 c vinegar
- 1/4 c beet juice
- 1 Tbsp butter (oleo)
Directions

1Drain beets, reserving liquid.

2In sauce pan stir sugar and corn starch together until mixed.

3Add vinegar and beet juice and stir well.

4Stir over low heat until thickened and clear.

5Add beets and butter.

6Reheat and serve.
