- 1 (16 ounce) cansliced beets, drained, liquid reserved
- 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon orange juice
Directions

1Combine cornstarch, salt, orange peel, pepper and allspice in 1 quart casserole dish.

2Blend in reserved 1/3 cup beet juice, vinegar and orange juice.

3Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until heated.
