  • 1 can beets, diced
  • 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1/4 c. vinegar
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. beet juice
  • 2 Tbsp. butter

Directions

    Mix cornstarch, vinegar, sugar and beet juice together until smooth.

    Add butter and bring to a boil. Cook until thick.
