- 1 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
- 1/4 c. cider vinegar
- 1/4 c. water
- 3 c. cooked beets
- 2 Tbsp. oleo
Directions

1Mix sugar, cornstarch, vinegar and water in a pot; boil for 5 minutes.

2Add beets and toss well.

3Let stand 30 minutes or more. Just before serving, add oleo and reheat to boiling point.
