Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground chuck or lean hamburger
  • 2 qt. water
  • 2 Tbsp. chicken bouillon
  • 1 Tbsp. beef bouillon
  • chopped onion to taste
  • chopped celery to taste
  • 8 oz. tomato sauce
  • 4 medium size potatoes
  • 4 to 6 carrots
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley
  • salt and pepper

Directions

    Boil bouillon and water.

    Crumble raw meat into boiling water. When meat is cooked, let cool.

    Skim any excess fat.

    Add all remaining ingredients.

    Potatoes and carrots can be chopped into small pieces or if you like a thicker consistency the vegetables can be grated.

    Cook over medium-high until vegetables are tender.
