- 1 lb. ground chuck or lean hamburger
- 2 qt. water
- 2 Tbsp. chicken bouillon
- 1 Tbsp. beef bouillon
- chopped onion to taste
- chopped celery to taste
- 8 oz. tomato sauce
- 4 medium size potatoes
- 4 to 6 carrots
- 2 Tbsp. parsley
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Boil bouillon and water.

2Crumble raw meat into boiling water. When meat is cooked, let cool.

3Skim any excess fat.

4Add all remaining ingredients.

5Potatoes and carrots can be chopped into small pieces or if you like a thicker consistency the vegetables can be grated.

6Cook over medium-high until vegetables are tender.
