  • 2 large oranges
  • 1 c. diced celery
  • 1 c. halved, seeded red grapes
  • 1/2 c. raisins
  • 1/3 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 tsp. celery salt or seed
  • 2 large, red apples
  • 2 large bananas
  • 1/2 c. coarsely chopped pecans

Directions

    Cut and peel white membrane from oranges, holding oranges over bowl to catch juice; lift out sections.

    Reserve 3 tablespoons of the juice.

    In a large bowl, combine the orange sections, celery, grapes and raisins.

    Cover and refrigerate until the next day.
