- 1 (3 lb.) pork loin roast
- 5 jumbo onions
- 1 lb. margarine
- 2 1/2 lb. potatoes
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Cook roasts overnight, covered in water, in a large heavy-duty pot.

2Let meat cool enough to be able to tear apart and throw away fat from bones.

3Twist the meat into a fine texture; return the meat to broth in pot.

4Continue cooking on low heat and add onions, margarine, salt and pepper.

5Let simmer for 20 to 24 hours, stirring occasionally.
