- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3/4 c. margarine or butter
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 c. corn flakes
- 1 (8 oz.) sour cream
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1 (26 oz.) pkg. Ore-Ida hash browns (country style)
Directions

1In bowl, mix thawed potatoes, onion and 1/2 of margarine.

2Add cheese, sour cream, milk and soup.

3Place in greased casserole dish.

4Add remaining butter to coat cornflakes.

5Put on top of potato mixture.

6Bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes.
