- 8 hash brown shredded potato patties
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup or chicken
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded sharp cheese
- 1 small onion
- 1 c. corn flakes
Directions

1Spray a 9 x 12-inch casserole dish with Pam.

2Put thawed hash browns in and fluff with a fork.

3Melt butter and mix with sour cream, soup and cheese and put on top of potatoes.

4Crush one cup of corn flakes and put over the top of this and drizzle butter on corn flakes.

5Bake in a preheated 325° oven for 35 to 40 minutes.
