  • 8 hash brown shredded potato patties
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup or chicken
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded sharp cheese
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 c. corn flakes

Directions

    Spray a 9 x 12-inch casserole dish with Pam.

    Put thawed hash browns in and fluff with a fork.
  3. 3
    Melt butter and mix with sour cream, soup and cheese and put on top of potatoes.
  4. 4
    Crush one cup of corn flakes and put over the top of this and drizzle butter on corn flakes.

    Bake in a preheated 325° oven for 35 to 40 minutes.
