- 2 lb. frozen Ore-Ida hash brown potatoes
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 small onion
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. grated Colby or Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 1/2 c. corn flakes
- 1 stick margarine
Directions

1You may de-ice potatoes in microwave or at room temperature (do not thaw).

2Mix all ingredients and pour into a large baking dish.

3Top with melted butter and corn flakes.

4Bake at 300° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
