  • 2 lb. frozen Ore-Ida hash brown potatoes
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. grated Colby or Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 1/2 c. corn flakes
  • 1 stick margarine

Directions

    You may de-ice potatoes in microwave or at room temperature (do not thaw).

    Mix all ingredients and pour into a large baking dish.

    Top with melted butter and corn flakes.

    Bake at 300° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.

    Good for breakfast or dinner.
