- 2 lb. pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
- 2/3 c. melted butter
- 1 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 1/2 c. onion, chopped fine
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 10 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 c. crushed corn flakes
Directions

1Mix all together (will be hard to manage; do the best you can).

2Place mixture in a greased 9 x 13-inch glass pan.

3Top with 2 cups crushed corn flakes and 1/4 cup melted butter.

4Bake at 350° for 45 to 60 minutes.
