- 2 pkg. (12 oz.) frozen hash browns
- 2 c. dairy sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 stick margarine, melted
- 1 lb. German sausage, cooked and cut up
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 to 3 Tbsp. onion, chopped
- 2 c. shredded cheese
- 2 c. corn flakes, mixed with 1/4 c. melted margarine
Directions

1Thaw potatoes in colander and drain excess water.

2Melt margarine in 2 quart casserole (9 x 13-inch pan).

3Add soup, sour cream, salt, onions, cheese and sausage.

4Mix well.

5Add potatoes. Sprinkle with buttered corn flakes and bake at 350° about 50 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
