- 2 c. shredded Velveeta cheese (reserve 1/2 c.)
- 1 pt. half and half or milk
- 1/2 c. melted margarine
- 2 Tbsp. minced onion
- 1 tsp. salt
- pepper (optional)
Directions

1Combine all ingredients in a 9 x 13-inch pan or in a crock-pot.
