  • 2 lb. hash browns
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 c. shredded Velveeta cheese (reserve 1/2 c.)
  • 1 pt. half and half or milk
  • 1/2 c. melted margarine
  • 2 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • pepper (optional)

Directions

    Combine all ingredients in a 9 x 13-inch pan or in a crock-pot.

    Sprinkle the reserved cheese on top.

    Bake at 350° for 1 or 2 hours on high in a crock-pot.
