  • 2 (16 oz) bags frozen hash browns
  • 1 stick melted butter
  • 2 c crushed corn flakes
  • 1/2 c margarine, melted
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 c cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c onion, chopped
  • 1 pt sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup

Directions

    Put potatoes in 9 x 13 cake pan. Cook soup, sour cream, onion and cheese until creamy.

    Pour over potatoes. Pour melted margarine on top. Put crumb mixture over potatoes. Bake 350° for 1-1/2 hours.
