- 2 (16 oz) bags frozen hash browns
- 1 stick melted butter
- 2 c crushed corn flakes
- 1/2 c margarine, melted
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 c cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c onion, chopped
- 1 pt sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
Directions

1Put potatoes in 9 x 13 cake pan. Cook soup, sour cream, onion and cheese until creamy.

2Pour over potatoes. Pour melted margarine on top. Put crumb mixture over potatoes. Bake 350° for 1-1/2 hours.
