- 1 lb. frozen hash browns, thawed
- 1/2 pt. (8 oz.) sour cream
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 c. onion, chopped
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 stick butter
- 1 tube Ritz or Town House crackers
Directions

1Mix all ingredients except butter and crackers.

2Spread in 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.

3Melt butter, crush one tube of crackers, and combine.

4Spread over potato mixture and bake 1 hour at 350°.
