- 1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
- 3 Tbsp. milk
- 1 lb. sausage
- 4 eggs
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Defrost hash brown patties and crumble them in 9 x 13-inch pan, about 3/4 to 1-inch deep.

2Brown the sausage and spread over the hash browns.

3Grate or shred the cheese and spread over sausage.

4Beat eggs with milk and pour over cheese layer.

5Add salt and pepper to taste.

6Bake at 400° until bubbly, about 15 minutes.
