  • 2 lb. frozen hash browns
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. onion
  • 1 small container sour cream
  • 2 c. corn flakes, crumbled
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. melted oleo
  • 1 can cream of celery soup or cream of chicken soup
  • 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Thaw potatoes; mix all ingredients except corn flakes and some of the cheese.

    Place in a 9 x 13-inch pan; sprinkle with corn flake crumbs and cheese.

    Bake 50 to 60 minutes at 350° uncovered.
