- 2 lb. frozen hash browns
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. onion
- 1 small container sour cream
- 2 c. corn flakes, crumbled
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. melted oleo
- 1 can cream of celery soup or cream of chicken soup
- 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Thaw potatoes; mix all ingredients except corn flakes and some of the cheese.

2Place in a 9 x 13-inch pan; sprinkle with corn flake crumbs and cheese.

3Bake 50 to 60 minutes at 350° uncovered.
