Hash Brown - Ham Casserole

  • 1 (16 oz.) carton sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (32 oz.) bag hash browns
  • 2 c. cubed ham
  • 8 oz. cubed American cheese
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 2 c. crushed corn flakes
  • 1/2 c. melted butter
  • 1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese

    Combine sour cream and soup.

    Stir in potatoes, ham, American cheese and onion.

    Turn into 9 x 13-inch pan; spread evenly. Combine corn flakes and butter.

    Sprinkle over potato mixture. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

    Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese and bake 20 to 25 minutes more.
