  • 2 lb. frozen hash browns or 12 patties
  • 1 c. chopped onions
  • 8 oz. cheese
  • 2 c. crushed corn flakes
  • 2 c. cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 1/2 sticks margarine
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 pt. sour cream

Directions

    Mix 1/2 stick of melted margarine with corn flakes; set aside. Mix rest of ingredients and pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Top with corn flake mixture.

    Bake at 375° for 1 1/4 hours.
