  • 32 oz. pkg. frozen hash browns, thawed
  • 1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 c. chopped ham (optional)

Directions

    Combine potatoes, butter, ham, onion, soup, sour cream and cheese.
