- 2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 2 Tbsp. minced onion
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 c. melted butter
- 2 c. crushed corn flakes
Directions

1Mix all ingredients together.

2Place in greased 9 x 12 pan. Top with 1/4 cup melted butter and corn flakes.

3Bake for 45 to 60 minutes at 350°.
