- 2 lb. hash browns, thawed
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 1 1/2 sticks oleo
- 8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. corn flake crumbs
Directions

1Melt 1 stick oleo in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan in oven at 350°.

2Pour potatoes into butter and stir.

3Mix remaining ingredients (not butter and corn flake crumbs).

4Pour over potatoes and mix well.

5Top with 1/2 stick melted butter and corn flake crumbs.

6Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.
