Ingredients
- 1 (24 oz.) frozen shredded hash browns, thawed (I use Ore-Ida Cheddar cheese)
- 1/3 c. melted margarine
- 1 c. shredded hot pepper cheese (can cut if too spicy)
- 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 c. diced cooked ham (or diced Smoky links or sausage)
- diced onions or mushrooms (optional)
- 1/2 c. half and half cream
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
Directions

1Grease sides and bottom of 9-inch pie plate. Press hash browns into pie plate to form crust.

2Brush with melted butter and bake for 25 minutes.

3Sprinkle ham, onions, mushrooms and cheeses over crust.

4Beat cream, eggs and salt and pour over cheeses.

5Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.

6Can be frozen.

7I brown crust, add ingredients and then freeze before baking.
