  • 3 c. frozen loose pack (thawed) shredded hash brown potatoes
  • 1/3 c. butter melted
  • 1 c. diced cooked ham
  • 1/2 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 c. shredded chedder or mild sharp cheese
  • 1/4 c. diced green pepper
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

    Press hash browns between paper towels to remove excess moisture.

    Press into bottom and up the sides of 9-inch pie plate. Drizzle with butter.

    Bake 450° for 25 minutes.
