- 1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen shredded hash brown potatoes, thawed
- 1/3 c. butter
- 2 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 1/2 c. diced, cooked ham
- 1/4 to 1/2 c. green onions, chopped (tops included)
- 1 c. milk
- 5 eggs
Directions

1Grease 9 x 13-inch pan.

2Press hash brown potatoes in pan and brush with melted butter.

3Bake at 425° for 25 to 30 minutes. Remove from oven and cover with ham, cheese and onions.

4Beat milk and eggs and pour over top.

5Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
