  • 1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen shredded hash brown potatoes, thawed
  • 1/3 c. butter
  • 2 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 2 1/2 c. diced, cooked ham
  • 1/4 to 1/2 c. green onions, chopped (tops included)
  • 1 c. milk
  • 5 eggs

Directions

    Grease 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Press hash brown potatoes in pan and brush with melted butter.

    Bake at 425° for 25 to 30 minutes. Remove from oven and cover with ham, cheese and onions.

    Beat milk and eggs and pour over top.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
