- 2 c. frozen hash browns
- 1/3 c. margarine or butter
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 to 1 1/2 c. half and half
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 c. shredded hot pepper cheese
- 1 lb. sausage (browned and drained)
Directions

1The night before, mix hash browns and margarine.

2Pat into crust of 9 x 13-inch glass baking dish.

3Bake at 425° for 25 minutes.

4Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients reserving half and half until last.

5Add enough half and half to desired consistency.

6Pour into baked crust, refrigerate overnight.

7Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
