- 3/4 package hash brown potatoes frozen
- 3/4 cup pepper jack cheese shredded
- 1 cup gouda cheese shredded
- 1 cup swiss cheese shredded
- 1 1/2 cups ham diced
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk or cream
- 13 cup butter melted
- 1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
Directions

1Thaw shredded hash brown potatoes.

2Squeeze excess moisture between paper towels.

3Grease quiche dish.

4Press and shape hash brown potatoes in dish.

5Brush with melted butter.

6Bake at 425F (220C) for 25 minutes.

7Fill quiche dish with layers of diced ham and the 3 different cheeses.

8Mix eggs, milk and salt; pour over mixture.

9Bake at 350F (180C) for 40 minutes.
