  • 1 pkg. (24 ounce.) frzn shredded hash brown potatoes, thawed
  • 1/3 c. melted butter
  • 1 c. mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 c. diced ham or possibly sausage
  • 1/2 c. cream or possibly lowfat milk
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt

Directions

    Press hash browns into 9 inch pie plate to make a solid crust.

    Brush with melted butter.

    Bake at 425 degrees for 25 min.

    Remove crust from oven and fill with ham and cheeses.

    Beat lowfat milk or possibly cream with Large eggs and salt; pour over crust.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 min till knife inserted at edge comes out clean.
