- 1/4 c. margarine or butter
- 2 c. half and half cream
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Heat butter, cream and salt.

2Put 1/2 hash browns in bottom of baking dish.

3Sprinkle with half of cheese.

4Top with remaining hash browns.

5Sprinkle with remaining cheese.

6Pour cream mixture over.

7Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
