  • 24 oz. frozen hash brown potatoes
  • 1/4 c. margarine or butter
  • 2 c. half and half cream
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Directions

    Heat butter, cream and salt.

    Put 1/2 hash browns in bottom of baking dish.

    Sprinkle with half of cheese.

    Top with remaining hash browns.

    Sprinkle with remaining cheese.

    Pour cream mixture over.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
