  • 2 lb. Ore-Ida frozen hash browns
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 stick melted butter
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • salt and pepper
  • cornflakes

Directions

    Mix all ingredients in bowl, using only 1/2 stick melted butter.

    Place in 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Take 2 cups crumbled cornflakes and other 1/2 butter and mix together; sprinkle on top. Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes.
