- 2 lb. Ore-Ida frozen hash browns
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 stick melted butter
- 8 oz. sour cream
- salt and pepper
- cornflakes
Directions

1Mix all ingredients in bowl, using only 1/2 stick melted butter.

2Place in 9 x 13-inch pan.

3Take 2 cups crumbled cornflakes and other 1/2 butter and mix together; sprinkle on top. Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes.
