  • 4 medium potatoes, peeled
  • 3 slices bacon, diced
  • butter or oil (for frying)
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh oregano

    Fry bacon until fat is transparent.

    Add butter and fry onion and potato with bacon, turning until browned.
