- 4 medium potatoes, peeled and cooked
- 1 tsp. grated onion
- 1 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 3 tsp. butter or margarine
- 3 tsp. bacon fat
Directions

1Grate potatoes coarsely; toss in onion, salt and pepper.

2In 10-inch skillet, over high heat, heat butter with bacon fat; add potatoes.

3Press firmly with turner; shape into circle, leaving 1/2 inch trough around edges.

4After 12 to 15 minutes, lift potatoes to see if brown.
