Hasselback Potatoes

  • 10 Small Potatoes
  • 3 cloves of Garlic
  • 2 sprigs of Rosemary
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil

Directions

    Pre-heat your oven to 200C/400F/Gas Mark 5.

    Slice each potato around 10 times through but do not cut to the end. When finished, they should fan out, or look like a little hedgehog.

    Put them all into a baking tray, and cover in the oil, seasoning, chopped garlic and rosemary.

    Bake in the oven for 45mins, or until crispy.
