- 10 Small Potatoes
- 3 cloves of Garlic
- 2 sprigs of Rosemary
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
Directions

1Pre-heat your oven to 200C/400F/Gas Mark 5.

2Slice each potato around 10 times through but do not cut to the end. When finished, they should fan out, or look like a little hedgehog.

3Put them all into a baking tray, and cover in the oil, seasoning, chopped garlic and rosemary.

4Bake in the oven for 45mins, or until crispy.
