Ingredients
- 2 pounds Beef Short Ribs
- 2 pounds Boneless Chicken Thighs
- 1 cup Aloha Brand Soy Sauce
- 6 cloves Chopped Garlic
- 1/4 Large Onion, Sliced
- 1 cup Light Brown Sugar
- 1- 1/2 Tablespoon Chopped Fresh Ginger
- 1/2 cups Butter
- 5 Green Onions, Sliced
Directions

1Mix all ingredients except butter and green onions in a large resealable bag until sugar dissolves.

2Seal the bag and allow it to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, turning occasionally.

3Turn grill to medium-high.

4When grill is hot remove meat from the marinade.

5Add meat to preheated grill, turning as needed.

6Cook for about 10 minutes for short ribs and 10-12 for chicken thighs or use a meat thermometer to check for done-ness.

7While grilling, put a heat safe pan thats large enough to hold all of the meat on the upper part of grill and add the butter.

8Allow butter to melt as the meat cooks.

9When meat is done, add it into the pan with the butter and add green onions.

10Toss to coat completely.
