- 3/4 c. oil
- 2 c. grated carrots
- 1 c. raisins
- 10 oz. date nuggets
- 2 tsp. soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. coconut
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
Directions

1Mix dry ingredients and make a well in the center.

2Add all other ingredients in the well.

3Mix well in mixer.

4Place in pans and let set for 20 minutes before baking.

5Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
