- 1 3/4 c. flour
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. soda
- 2 c. sugar
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. coconut
- 1 c. oil
- 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
- 2 mashed bananas
Directions

1Mix flour, nuts, salt, soda and sugar by hand.

2Then add remaining ingredients.

3Pour into 2 (9 x 5-inch) loaf pans which are greased and floured.

4Bake at 350° for 1 hour.

5Cool 10 minutes and turn out on wire rack.
