Hawaiian Broiled Scallops

- 24 small scallops
- 24 pineapple wedges
- 24 strips bacon
- 6 slices buttered toast
Directions

1Place a scallop and a pineapple wedge at opposite ends of each strip of bacon.

2Roll strips toward the center so that scallops and pineapple are wrapped in bacon.

3Place 2 together on skewers. Broil until bacon is crisp, about 10 minutes, turning to brown on all sides.

4Place 2 on each slice of toast and remove skewers carefully.
