- 1 1/4 c. cold milk
- 1 pkg. (3.4 oz.) instant vanilla pudding
- 1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 pkg. (3 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. whipped topping
- 1/2 c. flaked coconut, toasted
Directions

1Prepare and bake cake according to package directions in 13 x 9 pan.

3In bowl, whisk milk and pudding.

5Stir in pineapple and spread over cake.

6In a bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until smooth.
